Welcome to A Clear Choice Pool & Spa Services Unless you've selected our Superstar package there are some general requirements of you as the pool owner to maintain the best quality pool service.
- During the summer months (April - September) your filter system must run at least 8-10 hours each day of the week. All the chemicals in the world don't help stagnant water stay clear. We are happy to help you set your timing system!
- We need a clear path to your pool. Sometimes we'll need to pull a service cart with us so please try to keep all pathways clear of obstacles.
- Should there be an equipment problem with your pool we will notify you immediately and can recommend repair specialists. Maintaining quality equipment is an integral part of keeping up with your cleaning services. Should an equipment problem go unattended your service will be reviewed to suit your needs and situation as best as possible.
- Leaking pools pose major water quality issues. We cannot guarantee water clarity when your pool leaks. We can't even guarantee that we can keep it algae-free. If you are adding more than 1 or 2 inches per week during a dry period, you may have a leak. We verify that by performing stabilizer measurements (which typically only drops due to excessive drag-out or water loss). If we notify you of a suspected leak please be aware that the quality of your pool may be jeopardized until it is resolved.
- A word about your four legged children. We requests that pets be placed inside the home or otherwise secured on your service days. We do our best to guarantee your pets safety while servicing your pool but we cannot be responsible for pets that might manage to make their great escape during our service call. As well, we cannot service your pool if "guarded" by an attack dog left unrestrained. We ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding your four legged children.
